1. Domestic Shipping Only
We strictly ship within **India** and cover over 24,000+ pin codes. At this time, **we do not offer international shipping** and cannot fulfill orders outside India.
2. Carrier & Logistics Partners
All shipments are processed and shipped through **Shiprocket** and dispatched via premium air/surface couriers (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, or Amazon Shipping) depending on your region's speed and service availability.
3. Processing & Dispatch Timeline
Orders are verified, packed, and handed over to our shipping partners within **24 to 48 hours** of order placement (excluding Sundays and national holidays). You will receive an SMS and Email notification with your unique Tracking Number once the package is dispatched.
4. Delivery Estimates
- Metro Cities (Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, etc.): 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
- Special Regions (NE India, Jammu & Kashmir, remote towns): 7 to 10 business days post-dispatch.
Note: Delays due to natural occurrences, festivals, or extreme weather conditions are handled directly by Shiprocket and may occasionally extend timelines.
5. Shipping Rates
- Orders above ₹999: Free Shipping across India.
- Orders under ₹999: Flat delivery charge of **₹49** added during checkout.
6. Real-Time Tracking
A Shiprocket tracking link will be sent to your registered Email and WhatsApp/SMS. You can track your shipment live using the link, or enter your AWB number directly on our Track Order page.
